Make-up doesn't have to be a feminine thing, some guys have to wear make-up to hide their flaws, and I'm considering it just to hide my flaws and make my face look better not to look like a princess or whatever.

Anyway do you wear make-up to cover up flaws yes or nah?

    What flaws ?
I don't mean for me, but for everybody.

I use a little aloe vera, after shaving my face, because it's soothing.
I use a little hand lotion where ever I have dry skin.

    But, actual make-up ?
    No.

I thicken my eyebrows with make-up. Nobody notices that it's make-up, either. People are rather surprised when I tell them.

I also tint my lips, every morning. They aren't as naturally colorful as they used to be. Again, it goes unnoticed as make-up. I always aim for a very natural look.

My brother is a drag queen, my mum teaches hairdressing and beauty and I've worn it in theatre; ive had to do special effects makeup so i'm used to the shit. I don't have an feminine stigma association going on with it though Its not used in my every day skin regime I don't need it, some people on the other hand have perfect faces for makeup icon_smile.gif

My friend put make up on me once and it was just mascara. I was freaking out and I was so uneasy. I don't wear make up cause I like to be as natural as possible. I just make my own moisturizing facial scrub and that seems to do the job.

To each their own, but unless you have to for a job (model, actor, musician whatever) then it is a HUGE turn off for me.

No, it would require a bucket and a trowel to make a difference.

    No.
While I think it's fun that some men want to play with their hair and looks I think make-up is just too much. Not for me.
If you wat to hide imperfections then try getting a tan or at least uses some make up that just makes it look like you got a tan.

I am eyebrow obsessed because I find guys with big thick dark eyebrows very attractive.

I, on the other hand, am eyebrow challenged and tried an eyebrow pencil to thicken them. It looked natural enough, but I guess it's not that much of a priority for me because I haven't done it but twice and that was a long time ago. Ain't nobody got time ' dat!

    NO

I'm not an actor, model or drag queen so there is no other reason for a man to wear make-up

No, I think it's gross when guys wear make-up. (No, I'm not talking about guys that are involved in theatre/TV/film/Print) What makes men/guys naturally hot to me because they don't need "make-up" to look good, unlike women who depend on it for everything. It's funny when a guy who wears make up complains when he can't get dick lol. I've seen so many guys on instagram/twitter that experiment with make-up and they just look like clowns.

I used to when I was a teen and looking for attention ...also I had really bad skin so I made it worse by wearing base all over it....also it was the 90s and I was going through my goth phase .....later on I would wear bizarre face paint to the raves - now I only wear if I am on stage ....I find guys who are put off by a little paint dreadfully dull -

my motto if you cant be a work of art wear a work of art - sort of Oscar Wilde actually

When I was a ballet dancer I was required to wear it while on stage performing and at dress rehearsals. It came off immediately.

Unless you are in the entertainment industry (model, dancer, artist, musician, drag queen) then NO MAN should wear make up. What's more, NO WOMAN should wear make up. It's unnatural, is OBVIOUS as all get out, and makes men/women who wear it looks like crap.

Natural is best. I don't think concealer would fool me into thinking your face isn't a cratered (or whatever defect/flaw you're attempting to hide) mess.

But to each his own. Circus clowns wear make up. And don't get me started on female (and sometimes male) cosmetic surgery where you end up looking like a duck-faced zombie. Joan Rivers (rest in peace) anyone? I get a kick of seeing all the UES women in fancy restaurants trying to eat soup with their huge lips. It's gross.
