How big are your wrists and biceps?

I've heard form several different sources that your bone structure determines how big you can get, and I've been told that a good way to gauge that is by the size of your wrists.
My question is, how many inches around is your wrist (measuring at the widest bit where the bones stick out) and also how big are your biceps?
I have a small frame, my wrists are only 6 and 3/4" around, and granted, I'm in the early stages of bulking up, but my biceps are 12 and 1/2"...I'll be happy when I reach 13".
Throw your weight in too if you wish...I'm just curious as to how accurate this theory is.

I wouldn't mind hearing some feedback on this either. My wrists are 7", 5'8" and currently 155lb. I dont work out so I don't know my bicep size, but I'm curious because, as i recall, it also has to do with ankles and I do a lot of rollerskating which could tie in through weak ankles (which i'm pretty sure I don't have)

Smaller wrists are a plus - they make your biceps look bigger.

...this makes no sense. Fat dudes are gonna have bigger wrists, super skinny dudes are gonna have smaller wrists. Muscular dudes are gonna have wrists somewhere in between. Your wrists aren't just bone, there's also muscle and fat over those bones too, you know.

right but the theory goes that by gauging the size of the bones IN your wrist (ie whether they're narrow or thick) and applying various formulas that incorporate other body stats and fitness history, one can come to a reasonable estimation of a max muscular bodyweight achievable

I can kinda see this, to a degree; you put bigger hinges on a heavier door. As someone said it may be subjective due to your muscle or fat mass, but at your joints you generally have a little less padding. I would think shoulder joints and knees would also make a difference, altho the former are kinda hard to measure.

    Damn I'm jealous!

My wrist size has gone from 6" to around current state of 6.5" right now. Flexed biceps have gone from 11" to around 13.75". This a period of 1 year and 9 months since I started tracking it.

Of course there is a correlation. If I had thicker bones I could build bigger guns. But I get a lot of compliments on my arms. They flex out just under 16" but my wrists are puny at 6.75"
It took years of hard work to get them this size. To increase my biceps at this point would require a monumental effort for barely incremental returns.
Clearly, if you can increase the RATIO of bicep to wrist, even a guy like me with skinny wrists, can LOOK far more impressive than a larger man with a smaller wrist/bicep ratio.
Ectomorphs with muscle - in my opinion - are far sexier than guys who just bulk up to huge shapeless dimensions.
Proportion is something that we can instantly see and appreciate. It also helps us to know when a photo has been doctored or someone just lies about their stats.

yes, bone density will definitely affect how big one can get.

My wrist is 6.5, but my biceps are 14.5, sometimes 15, just depends on who measures, I've found, LOL. I once read something about Greek proportions for fitness, or something to that effect. Maybe take a look at it? I'm 5'10 and 140 lbs, a tad on the lean side, but not super ripped, though. I work out casually and at home.

It's a trick question. It's been scientifically proven that wrist size is directly correlated to dick size; he's just trying to see who has a big dick.

pazzy saidmy wrist are small as fuck like a babies. my biceps ain't shit either.

    Same!
My wrists are just so freaking weak and skinny.
Honestly if I do too many push ups, even with this twist handle that enables your wrists to move correctly when doing push ups, I end up getting tendonitis.

The thing is, I was really fat before when I was younger but nope my wrists were twiggy even then.
