Ok so I have been reading up on this "FlaxSeed".

I've seen the "testimonials" but wanted to see if anyone on here has used it?

Has it made a difference in your overall physique, health and workout regimen?

I just purchased two packages of FlaxSeed from the local GNC.

    Thanx in advance guys

I add two tablespoons to my cerel each morning. Whether it works or not, I'm not sure. But it is good for you... and it is food.. so it can't hurticon_smile.gif

I use it every morning - have for years. Great Omegas. I prefer the natural seeds over any pill- yah never know what is in a pill!

My parents use both fish oil and flax seed and have seen good benefits from both.

I'm a pretty big salad diner and my salads usually have a lot of untypical salad stuff, like fruits, nuts, and flax seed tossed in with chopped faw cruciferous greens. Makes me feel less guilty about the bacos.

Ditto. I put two tablespoons of flaxseed oil on my oatmeal each morning. Maybe it's the brand of oil I use (Trader Joe's), but it doesn't make my oatmeal gelatinous, nor does it smell bad. It actually just adds a slightly nutty taste.

It doesn't do anything more for you than add in a little essential fats.

I snort mine everyday, funny, it comes in white powder.

But seriously, I buy mine at Trader Joes and add a teaspoon in my meals to add essential healty fats into my body.
