Have you been tested? Curious to know what they thought of the results for people that have tried it. I realize that they are not allowed to give health information right now. I have been told that the raw data is there but the interpretation is not.

I did it. It's ok. I am not sure if it is worth the money. They must not have a full database yet because many of the individual countries were not indicated in my final results. For example, it gave me a specific percentage of "Italian" but then gave me a smaller specific percentage of other things like

    "Southern European"
    "Northern European"
    "Broadly North European"
    "Balkan"

It is not as exact as I assumed it would be.

I did it and it was very interesting. I was lucky enough to do it before the limitations imposed by the FDA.

It confirmed a family rumor that my grandfather was actually fathered by a Jewish man. Due to the antisemitic sentiment of the time, those records were buried somehow and my "great-grandfather" of record was changed.

Note the medical info only tells you if you have a gene that seems to be associated with a particular condition. It's not like they can say, "Oh, you have gene such-and-such and so you're going to get such-and-such a disease.

At the time, anyway, it was worth the $100.

Yes, I did it before the FDA injunction of health reports as well. So, is great to know.It gave some insights to my father genealogy, but the greatest surprise was my mother's genealogy. Additionally, of pairing of 3rd or 4th cousins related, one contacted me...damn he is hoticon_biggrin.gificon_evil.gif, but the gay gene has not yet been discovered so not sure if he is..lolicon_smile.gif

I know 2 friends who did it when they traveled to USA, they also give you information about your health and the "strongest" and "weakest" body parts.

I visited the website like half a year ago to do it myself but the fuckers dont send results to Uruguay! Im curious about my background and would love to do it.
