I don't believe in the importance of marriage. Love who you want to... When you love a person it is of no need to have paperwork on it. I understand you are muslim but I have read some bad things about Mohammed. He believed war was an art. WE ARE AN ART and war destroys that. The only man that gave his life for love wholeheartedly and I am NOT Christian, but the only man to die for love of the earth was Jesus Christ. Best of luck to you but Mohammed was a twisted man as many in the Old Testament and even the New Testament are.

A former Muslim who stopped believing? Maybe...even yes if we're compatible.

A practicing Muslim? Not a chance.

    وَاللَّذَانَ يَأْتِيَـنِهَا مِنكُمْ فَـَاذُوهُمَا]
(And the two persons among you who commit illegal sexual intercourse, punish them both.) Ibn `Abbas and Sa`id bin Jubayr said that this punishment includes cursing, shaming them and beating them with sandals. This was the ruling until Allah abrogated it with flogging or stoning, as we stated. Mujahid said, "It was revealed about the case of two men who do it. As if he was referring to the actions of the people of Lut, and Allah knows best. The collectors of Sunan recorded that Ibn `Abbas said that the Messenger of Allah said,

    «مَنْ رَأَيْتُمُوهُ يَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ، فَاقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِه»

(Whoever you catch committing the act of the people of Lut (homosexuality), then kill both parties to the act.)

When you choose to believe in hate, it speaks about your character.

    Exactly!
And man can be independent of those Ill feelings and is free to choose the right path, the path to be in peace with the world. And a man with good character always chooses the right path even if the majority of the world thinks/judges/criticises his decision as wrong.

The right path is clearly subjective. To me, if your holy book mentions stoning others, that's not good.

pazzy saidreally ironic that folks that are begging to be tolerated for their sexuality would be the LEAST tolerant towards other people. makes me wonder how empathetic some of you guys are.

let's be real here. most of the world is homophobic. yeah, it sucks BUT guess what... it's NOT likely that it's going to change anytime soon. nobody's perfect. we can criticize or trash shit all we want BUT it's not going to change anything. homophobia is going to waste itself away overnight. hell, even in our lifetimes so...... not saying that we should be cool with it BUT if you plan on fighting it on some serious shit... you might be on the losing end. the funny part about it is that some of the gay guys that are ready to jump down someone's or something's throat for being homophobic are ALSO homophobic themselves. they just don't realize it or try to give themselves a pass for things they would be ready to go fly off the handle on somebody else for....

That's like telling a Jew to be tolerant to Nazis, quite closely as well since all countries that kill homos are muslim.

No. I couldn't date anyone who believed in a primitive, fundamentalist religion....be it Muslim or Christianity.

just saying, dude. not all muslims hate gay people or support that shit. just like there are gay religious people out there.

Just most, and the ones that do not generally pick and choose from their religion (which I do not respect regardless of religion).

Yes, I don't care about religion, appearance, height, weight, etc. as long as they are a beautiful person on the inside, then I'll marry a muslim person.

I never understood that. Why believe in a religion if you're gonna believe portions of it so it can fit your views? Why not just not believe in the first place?

My holy book mentions nothing but do selfless service, love all beings, harm none even if that person wishes to harm you. At least that's what I grasped so far.

    BTW, there's no right path...
