Not sure what I should do!!

    Hey guys, so I just recently moved back home with my parents and, until I find a job to get a gym membership, I'm stuck with having to work out at home.

    I have a bench press in the basement and free weights that I can change the weight on.

    Does anyone have any good suggestions as for what kind of routines I should be doing?

    Compound movements man. Bench press. If you can manage to put barbell on your back safely, do squats. Front squats, deadlifts. You can pretty much do any exercise if you have a barbell, free weights and weights. Walking lunges, pushups. Your mind is the limit.

    If you have some chains, ropes, and roofies, that bench in your mom's basement can be put to much better use. icon_twisted.gif

    I feel you should probably be focusing more on getting a job instead of worrying about a workout. By the way, to answer your question. ..there is a workout plan on this site (you know...the fitness site you're currently on) that could easily help you out without you having to ask such a question. Just sayin'.

    Also, maybe you should get a friend with a gym membership and they could take you as a guest or +1 or maybe you should buy some running shoes and go on a nice run.

    Oh wait! You have no job. Hmmmm! Priorities. icon_rolleyes.gif
