23 for me and my experience of RJ is so much better.

My Ignore List isn't based on disagreements but just whether I found the guy's post to be mostly clutter.

I now have time to read the guys whom I think have something to say.

My brain automatically ignores those I don't like, no need to put them on a list.

How Many Are On Your IGNORE LIST?

    Zero, none, nada, zip

A foolish exercise, because others quote them, so you read them anyway. icon_rolleyes.gif

Thirteen; and exactly the same result. Plus one or two pending who can't let a topic or pissing contest go, or who turn everything into partisan politics..

Same as OP. The guys on my Ignore list clutter the forums with useless shit. And not because of difference in opinions.

    - Spammers pushing their stupid YouTube videos

    - Guy that constantly posts vapid adolescent questions, and can't spell

    - Guys constantly looking for pity and validation

    - Miscellaneous nut cases

    10. Earlier, I didn't use to block anyone.
These days I can't stand shitheads like kevex, mostly because he is boring. Rest of the profiles are those new trolls who keep spamming the forum with their never ending stupid questions.

Thanks for reminding me to clear my ignore list. I only ever had one, briefly, but that was just so I could get a clearer view of the forums (and I was still reading his comments in a separate browser). I think a better forum overview, or the ability to pin or prioritize threads, would have served me better.

Boring I can ignore, but his relentless stupidity grates on my nerves.

I'm kinda surprised to hear that. I get a lot of good info from metta8. But then I'm a bit of news hound myself. First thing that pops up and I check when I start my computer in the morning are the news sites.

    Just 3...

They are all folks who joined RJ THAT DAY and have no profile but still send me the emails that read:

"Hello I rilly hopes we can be friends. Write me emails at and get to know me."

Then I stopped getting those kinds of messages.

Zero. I bypass posts of those members who are annoying. And I don't read the threads they create.
