    Meditation works wonders for me.

    But as far as supplementation

    SAM-e has worked before for me in the past but gets expensive.

    Saw where you were from and thought - got to help a Blackburn lad.

    Some herbal supplements which have been proven to contribute to the alleviation of stress include rhodiola rosea, holy basil (or tulsi), panax ginseng. Personally only tried holy basil which I find quite potent.

    Also take magnesium - about 200mg a day is beneficial even if you don't have a deficiency.

    Diet and lifestyle come first, though icon_biggrin.gif
