Nothing special, just a phone-pic of my new snake (Diadophis punctatus). Just found it a few days ago as it was crossing the road, and thought it was so beautiful that I couldn't pass up keeping it as a pet. Turns out the pet stores sell them, but mine was free. icon_biggrin.gif

We want to see pics of your one-eyed snake.
    Thanks in advance.

Is that a euphemism for something else or is it really a snake?

I like the ring-necked guys and supposedly they can get about a foot long or more but I've only seen little ones, pretty often.

Another real cool one but I've only seen him cut in half and I always feel terrible about that, is not really a snake, looks like a huge pink worm. The color is beautiful.

The problem is that he lives underground so I only know he's there when I dig in the garden and by then it's too late.

He's called a Florida wormlizard though he's neither and he looks like this:

Dude, that's a baby giant boa constrictor. It's going to grow up and eat you! icon_twisted.gif
