I'm looking for a guy to help me lose a few pounds and keep me on track. I've found that simply by recording and sharing my diet and exercise I'm better able to stay on track. But I can only be religious about it when I share it / report it. Basically it's AA for fitness and diet.

I'm in good shape but want to lose 5-10 lbs. I workout/cardio daily so my issue is calorie control. I eat very healthy, just too much to lose weight (I'm steady at 145).

Any other guys out there who want to record what they eat and the exercise and share it. Especially cool if you live in SF and can be real, but fine if this is remote and email/txt only.

When motivated by a partner, I've used myfitnesspal for recording and sharing my diet. Open to other suggestions for apps.
