I've been going to the gym for quite some time, since January 23rd of this year. I've had some changes in my body, and I was quite pleased until like August 10th I got food poisoning (I have to say I have to eat way more than usual to keep certain weight) and I was at 148 pounds (I'm 5'8'/ 175cm height), Since then I'm stuck at 142 pounds and I don't seem to recover the weight, besides that I'm so aware of my upper torso, specially the waist, since I seem to have a girl's body, by that I mean a curvy (on the waist) torso.
I drink protein in the morning and after I work out in the afternoon, 4 times a week. I also have creatine and I'm on a pill called SAN TIGHT, to be more lean, since I have some belly fat I didn't seem to be getting rid off, and it has worked so far.

I really don't know what to do more than working out and eat 5 times a day.

Sorry if i wasn't good explaining, it's too much and I didnt want to make it long and English isn't my main language. Thanks in advance

You're a very lean guy. It will probably fill out when you get a bit older. Keep eating right. Keep going to the gym. Maybe switch it up and do cardio 3 times a week and weight train daily. I always start with 30 mins cardio, but there was a time in my 20's it was so hard to gain weight. I ate a ton. Never do steroids. I never did.
    Good luck!

I had the same problem. You just think youre eating a lot you need more. I had to make a strict eating regimin. Always have breakfast. Quaker oatmeal with milk has good macros and a good amount of calories. Scrambled eggs.with sausage and vegetables works for me too. At work I take two snacks and my lunch. A snack for me is a pbandj, a banana or yougurt with fruit. Also you can take seeds or nuts to snack on which have good fats and addditional calories. Before dinner I may have a snack and then an hour.or.two later ill hit my last meal. On training days Im drink a post.workout.shakr of whey, oatmeal, milk, fruit.and pnut butter. Abiut 650 cals. It takes a little extra time to cool and prepare food but if you do you will slowly gain weight! Good luck gangsta!

I've literally done all this, like this is my daily life description. So it has to be something else.

    I workout 4 times a week
1st day: 18 min cardio, chest, triceps (4 sets of 12 reps) and abs
2nd day: 18 min cardio, back, biceps (4sets of 12 reps) and abs
3rd day: 25 min cardio, legs (8 sets of 12 reps) and abs
4th day: 30 mins running on threadmill and rowing 5km, or could be 30 mins on hiking machine and 30 mins on spinning, i always switch cardio day and then always abs.
    the rest are REST days.

I'm kind of seeing progress but I don't know how to get rid of the curved waist.
