Hey, I go to Virgin Active health club (home club in Merton Abbey) but with access to all clubs across London,

I am looking to learn how to swim (i can float and do backstroke just about) but not more than that, and haven't got the confidence or skills to learn by myself despite having access to pool. Lessons are usually also quite pricy (although it is a good investment)

Was wondering if anyone here is a confident swimmer and could help out ?
I want to be able to swim to build up stamina, and help with gym exercises.

    PM if needed

    Cheers
    Simon

^ it was a joke, silly!

What about a community pool? Lessons in Canada are pretty reasonable when done at a public pool. That's what I'm doing right now.

Is there a YMCA around your area? I'm sure they have affordable swimming lessons.
