have you ever felt so lonely after going to some really crowded place and get back home alone and somewhat become a sad bitch at your own lonesome home ?

for example, a concert...a huge mall or any where crowded.

how do you deal with those feels?

I eat a lot to cure the loneliness while listening to loud music and then just jump to bed for a 58% cure of that loneliness.

    What is lonely?
Perhaps you are speaking more of depression.
I think lonely is a state of mind you can choose to shut out. You find that feeling and you shut it off. You basically just concentrate and tell yourself you are in control of your feelings, not the other way around.

If nothing else, go masturbate that the feeling will go away.

    Feel what you feel.

Acknowledging that you feel lonely might lead you to a change you need.

What? You'll have to find out. But you are more likely to get somewhere in your life if you a first honest with yourself about how you feel.

Maybe you're recognizing that you want someone in your life. Maybe you'll even be willing to make the accommodations necessary to make that happen.

Or maybe you'll just become a better monk.

    Good luck.

A concert should make you feel enriched, a mall depressed. Being around crowds of people where you feel alienated can make you feel isolated and perhaps lonely. But I never feel lonely in nature. I go to a remote beach nearly every day and paddle or surf among dolphins. Yes I see dolphins nearly every day on this island. It is like having a lot of beautiful pets. Sometimes I am alone, sometimes there are a few other people there, never am I lonely. When I cross paths with someone we always say hello and often stop and chat. Today I came within 2 feet of a pod of dolphins while riding some fun little waves. I gave a surfer who had paddle to the island a ride back on my boat. When people are surrounded by beauty they become warm, accepting and good humored. Nature at its purest is far more intimate than impersonal crowds of humans. Try finding a beautiful park with extraordinary wildlife. Listen to the sounds of nature, tune in to your surroundings and you will realize, only people make you feel lonely but all the other living creatures make you feel grounded and Mother Nature always makes you feel loved.

    Maybe you're an extrovert?

I'm an introvert and I value personal space. So after being in a crowded or loud place or hanging out with a group of friends, I love to retreat to be myself in a quiet place to rejuvenate.

Strange because most of the time I am alone but I never actually feel lonely.
I happily wander in my mind or do whatever I want.
It really works for me I guess.

I feel pretty good about myself actually. I'm too busy enjoying life to be bothered by something like this. So I'm single. Big deal. It's of my own design and I'm perfectly content with that. A relationship with someone doesn't define one's existence.

Why are people so scared of being alone and why do they tend to make it seem like you have to be in a relationship in order to be happy? You do realize that people in relationships can have the exact same feelings you're describing, right? Man the fuck up and quit seeking others to make you happy. Make yourself happy and start living. If you feel lonely it's because you're making yourself feel that way by allowing others to have that effect on you.

    Key word: allowing.

Yes, it usually has followed going out in hopes of meeting someone to chat with and having no one seem interested. I'm also not ashamed to say that I've gone home in tears before. Loneliness is very real and can lead to depression. I don't buy that you can just shut it out either. Emotions are not always controlled that easily regardless of what they are!

I've never found solace in crowds. I really only operate one-on-one. I think a concert is one of the worst places to make human connections. Who's going to want to get to know you? Everyone's there to get ear-fucked by the band.

Interested in meeting people? Go where people congregate and conversations can be heard. A coffee shop? Book store? Cattle yard? Church? Tavern? There's gotta be volcano tours with locals and foreigners. A quilting club? I'm trying to think of all the things my grandma would have done. If you can't beat her at meeting people, you're not trying.

I'm the opposite. If I'm in a big crowd by myself....that is when I feel alone. When I'm by myself in my home, I enjoy that.
