Hey guys. Lately I have been doing push ups and crunches and I see a big improvement in my body shape. I took a second job and going to the gym got pretty tough. Are there any supplements that can help me burn or not retain fat with the little bit of exercise I described? I am open to any and all suggestions. Thanks.

    Legal? No, not really.

Just pay attention to your nutrition. Find out what your macros should be at:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/macronutrients_calculator.htm

Then use an app like MyFitnessPal or Lifesum to track your calories and macros.

Or get up an hour earlier and go for a run.

There's no (legal) magic pill that will make your fat burn, no matter what the supplement industry tries to sell you.

    +1

And any pill that promises to do that will either give you Kidney Failure or Cancer.

One job..a second job...It's gottta be asked...How bad do you want that transformed, ideal body? If your answer is...pretty fuckin bad, you'll make the time to hit the gym, Period.

Meth works well to burn unnecessary body mass. Also gives you energy to work longer to make more money so you can buy more meth.

Downside is the crash, the loss of sanity, and the high risk of institutions, hospitals and jails.

It sounds like the problem needs to be approached via your diet.

I would suggest filling up on steamed and raw vegetable matter, and reduce the amount of fat and sugar you add to your meals. This also means steer clear of prepared packaged foods as fat and sugar are added.

Things like celery, carrots, broccoli (vegetables) are high volume but low in calories. What this means is you can fill the gut with those and still be eating less calories.

This doesn't mean to shun all high calorie foods. Do eat them, but in moderation. Instead of three scoops of ice cream, do one scoop with say apples or banana added.
