Gee, we have no idea where your penis went - are you sure you came in with one? A circumcision you say? Mrs. Bobbit was the surgeon? Maybe she confused you with her husband.

To add insult to injury, the Judge dismissed the lawsuit because of lack of evidence. Yeah - it was missing alright. Makes one wonder - Is it even safe to drive through Alabama?

Well, that's horrifying on many levels.icon_eek.gif

On another note, westerners often criticize people who do female genital mutilation for religious purposes, yet we do that to boys routinely. I had it done to me as a baby, and it's a fucking rip off.icon_mad.gif

Ironically, growing up, my dad forbade me to get a tattoo or piercing, yet he went along with circumcision.

May be, he didn't like seeing a man cry, but it's okay for a child because that's what they do all the time.

I always hear the justification that's it's okay because babies don't remember. But that seems strange to me. By that logic, animal cruelty could be justified.

Maybe he had sense enough to prevent you from making - and marking - yourself as a fool for the rest of your life.

Texas is just as backward, underdeveloped and ultra religious as its other southern counterparts like Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and South Carolina. It was the carelessness of Texas health providers that helped introduce the deadly Ebola virus into the US. I think Texans did that on purpose since they want to secede from the US so damned bad.

Wish he had enough sense to stop a doctor from circumcising me....

It irks me that it's socially acceptable to condemn female genital mutilation, but men who are cut at birth are just supposed to stay quiet about it. It's humiliating.
