Swim, bike, run, walk, jog, anything that keeps you moving and limber. Sitting = Death!

As MGINSD said, no sitting. Get the f*ck off your ass, stop watching TV and get an outdoor hobby. Walk a dog. Paint a fence. Clear brush. Cut firewood. Build a house.

Swim. I feel so much better after I've done it. And the best exercise in my opinion because it's high endurance and low impact.

Lift weights but use less weight and more reps so that it's slightly aerobic. Focus mainly on what you would consider your weakness.

İ dont like to go to gym or swimming pools because they dont feel natural. İ prefer doing sport by going to campus by bike, swimming in the sea, eating healthy food. But still not enough for a good build...icon_sad.gif

Various weight bearing exercises, running, walking, elliptical, biking. Other activities that I like to do is Parkour/Freerunning, frisbee, and I would like to rock climb since we have a 52 foot rock wall at the gym I go to.

Biking has done the trick for me. I haven't gotten sick or even a cold, since I started biking 4 years ago. This old cliche is still true: "A ride a day, keeps the doctor away." It really does increase your immunity to virus's and diseases substantially and this has been proven from various studies. But like others have said here, anything that moves your body by your own efforts is going to work wonders for your health. Combine this with healthy eating, restful sleep, hydration (H2O), and stress management through relaxation, recreation, and friendly relationships, both human and divine and this is a proven recipe for good physical, mental, and spiritual health. All of these play a vital roll in your overall well being. There's a lot more to health than just our physical bodies because we all have a spirit as well that plays a very important role in this and when our spirit is hurt or suffering, it can make our bodies hurt and suffer, too. I've seen this happen too many times, not only with myself, but in others as well.
