    It's called being a True Christian. My mom was this exact same way. She was a Christian but not the typical judgmental kind. If all Christians were like this, everyone would want to be one.

    unfortunately, even among the christians they cant settle down on a definition of true christian.

    for some, you have to be anti LGBT abortion to be true. and even vote republicans even if their platform on non-social issues sound ridiculous

    Didn't used to be that way. The Republicans figured out how to pull organized religion, mostly Christian, into their political camp by sucking up to first charismatic and later more mainstream religious leaders. People who are into organized religion are naturally followers and like the big daddy guidance. Truly creepy how they've perverted what was once a caring and generous community. But I guess religion has always had a political usefulness to people who crave power and wealth.
