    can someone explain me how to recognise and whats the rule for ***gastrocnemius and soleus workouts***?

    what workouts are only for gastrocnemius
    and what only for soleus

    I'm not sure why one would want to target one specifically.

    Do squats, deadlifts, and sprints and I'm sure both areas will grow.

    Let's be realistic here, calves can be fully trained and exhausted within minutes. Try standing calf raises with toes pointed out, in-line, and in; 20 reps per variation with very heavy weight, 10-second rest periods, 5+ sets. Done.
