Anyone else take it? It keeps your liver healthy and can even brighten the whites of your eyes. I have taken it for years, just make sure it is standardized. 2 to 3 times a day with food.

I started taking it after a series of really horrible hangovers. I would make sure to take it before i crashed for the night, and drink some water.

Interesting, after that, I never seemed to get hangovers anymore, except the one time i forgot to take it. I am not sure though if it was the milk thistle itself, or a combination of placebo and me being more tolerant to alcohol by the time i started this, that got rid of my hangovers. Thats the good thing about placebo though... it still works!

I can't take it. It causes a full-body rash and intense itching, which lasts for 12-24 hours. It is the ONLY supplement to which I have an allergy. Most likely because I have an allergy to ragweed, and Milk Thistle is a close relative.

I used to but haven't in a long time. Didn't know about the whites of the eyes thing. Interesting.

It's called Thysilyn by Nature made. I found the best results from it. My doctor takes it as well. I got him into it.

I read many rockstars take it. Who is harder on their liver than them?icon_lol.gif
