    Could the question be clarified? By technical definition, essential oils are oils that have a scent. Is what what the question means?

    The only "oil" I use is really a lotion I use everyday since I have dry skin. Really makes me feel fresh after a great shower in the morning, kind of vary the scent according to the season.

    I use Lavender oil occasionally when I'm having trouble sleeping -- the smell of it helps me relax.

    In the 90's I used to use Sandalwood and especially Patchouli as a cologne -- I still do every once in a while.

    The only other one I use is Grapefruit oil -- I find the smell of it just helps perk me up when I'm feeling sluggish.

    After a lifetime of sun and chlorinated pools, swimming & playing H2o-polo, I've learned to take very good care of my skin. After every shower, I use Neutrogena Sesame Oil - all over. I add some great ingredients to each bottle:

    * Grape seed oil
    * Apricot oil
    * Lemon essential oil
    * Rosemary oil
    * Lavender oil
    * Hazelnut oil
    * Olive oil

    I really love relaxing and breathing the aroma of eucalyptus oil. I've like a great spa (Willow Stream in Scottsdale) that has a small, quiet, darkened room with cushioned chairs, where you kick back and relax after a grueling work out - and you breathe the eucalyptus oil that is in dozens of glass jars on shelves above you. I'd like a small room like that right at home.

    I use eight essential oils when I'm giving AromaTouch so I'm absorbing those through my hands and aromatically during sessions. Amazingly powerful!

    For my own personal routine I use:

    Lemon oil as a cleanser and drink in my water
    Lavender oil applied topically
    Orange oil and Peppermint in a diffuser
    And Frankincense and Tea Tree oils in my medicine cabinet (Frankincense is amazing with headaches)

    Also a big fan of Grapefruit, Sandalwood, Cinnamon, Birch, Cardamom, and some special blends that I mix up.

    Only use 100% pure oils...read your labels carefully

    I don't understand that. I know what virgin wool is, although I don't quite understand why one would be concerned with the sheep's personal life. But virgin olive oil?

    arnica oil.

    It is supposed to be good for bruises and sore muscles.

    I recently bought some lemon balm.

    I have not used it in a while, but I used to use nettle on a regular basis for allergies (hay fever/pollen)...had them since I was a young child...but after a few years using the nettle, I rarely have any allergy issues.
