    This will trigger the Big One, where the Sub-prime Court has to fall on one side of the issue or the other instead of letting these contradictory lower court rulings stand in opposition to each other. Hopefully they will read the Constitution and 14th Amendment carefully and get it right, right now, before the possibility of some Republican redneck getting elected President and stuffing another turkey into the SC. This last election was a display of idiocy which is appalling, and on the border of pure insanity.

    No one votes for Congress so the approval rating of Congress means nothing.
