Simple Workout Plan to tone Upper and Lower chest and Butt area

    Hey im not in bad shape I just work and go to school a lot so I don't have time to work out like that. I have a gym membership I just need a set plan to work with. im 5,6, 140 pounds. so what do I have to do to get a ton chest and butt in like 60 days or less.

    and no, you're not in bad shape. i'm sure you can bust something nice out :p

    if you want chest size or other size, be sure to eat right while you're lifting. protein and such. and get decent sleep.

    Squats will do it all. Form is everything. Start light, the weight will come if you want to get bigger. Just to tone the bar is fine at your weight.
