Week off-What to Do?

    I am currently cutting and have been lifting for 8 weeks straight so I like to take a break for a week. I am wondering if maybe I should do a deload or just do some calisthenics during the week. Also, should I continue cardio or would that contribute to muscle loss quickly even in a week?
