    Excellent... thanks for sharing this with us.

    I remember I first joined RJ and enjoyed the fitness information and developing friendships via these forums.. still do, but with doing a weekly recorded fitness program on the side, I've found members here are constantly giving me ideas for programs, not that I have needed many as we finish our 2nd season, but this is fascinating and much appreciated. Definitely information that should be discussed in greater detail.

    Thanks, HND. You are the only one who replied and showed appreciation. Before your post, I was wondering whether what I shared was some irrelevant boring stuff.

    What made me google that article was that I'm constantly looking for ways to be happy. And understanding the science behind is simply an eye opener and fascinating. If only this is taught in high school instead of some boring incomprehensible stuff to be memorised for tests/ exams!
