I do a lot of upper pec work with incline presses (bar and dumbbell) and incline flys. I also do a shoulder day with Arnolds and a combination move that raises a db in front, then over to the side, then down, and again in reverse. Shoulder presses. But I can't seem to get any growth in the Teres Major and Minor that fills in the upper chest. Anybody got anything good to work these two muscles?
