    Hey Guys

Im new here and started the 2100 calorie meal plan with exercise

whole wheat bread is a vague and mysterious place when you look at the different calories counts etc...

Does anyone know what calorie, brand, etc...range I should be shopping in?

Have you tried Ezekial 7 bread? It's based off of a Biblical recipe for healthy bread (back to the basics). It's a really nutritious and filling bread - all kinds of grains and one of their options is Gluten free.

I make my own whole wheat bread because I was tired of trying to find bread without high fructose corn syrup and other additives that didn't cost $5 a loaf. After the initial investment in 2 loaf pans and a little know how you can make your own in a day and it costs about $1 per loaf if not less.
