workout plans alternates?

    hey guys

    i am starting the 12 week plan with the meal plan...and have limited knowledge of the exercises in the plan

    My gym is in my building and has limited that there are treadmills elliptic trainers a few benches minimal dumbbells and one of those multi purpose weight machines

    Any suggestions on alternate exercises for things that use the gravitron, pull up bars resistance machines etc>>>

    My gym doesn't have a gravitron but it does have a chin/dip assist. It seems to work as an alternative. It uses your body weight against you. For example if you weighed 100 pounds and put it on the 60 pound setting then you would actually be using a 40 pound weight. Basically the lower the weight the harder it becomes and the higher the weight the easier it becomes.

    But if you don't have anything like that I would think that a regular tricep dip station for the chest and pull ups for the back. It's basically the same thing as far as I can tell.

    You may have to take a bench and do modified push-ups. Hand placement and form.
