    So the other day i hit a personal best 120kg roughly 265lbs

    thats awesome mate i remember when i first got that a real milestone icon_smile.gif it takes lots of hard work so keep it up! Is your next target 140kg?

    my pb for 1 rep max is 220kg but i prefer reps of 10 and my pb for 10 reps is 180kg. But probably couldnt do that atm takes about 2 months of specialist training at least to peak for it for me. atm its like 180kg for 5 rep lol

    Congrats to both of you! Really awesome!

    My PR is 126 kg for a set of 3. I've gotten 130 kg for one before, but it was a fight.

    (Even in America, Olympic lifters measure in metric system)

    Squats are a great exercise but you only need as much weight as required to flex the leg bones in order to set off massive growth hormone production. I don't that think that the knees are designed for excessive loads. I squat more than my body weight and leave it at that.
