Alright guys so a little while ago i managed to get 100kg bench press for 24 reps. This was about 3 months after suffering a grade 1 pec tear so i was still in recovery. My target is to try for 40reps with 12-18 months and was wondering if anyone had any idea or advice to give to get to that target. Any advice from warmup/exercise routines, diet, technique etc... and i actually fimed my 24 reps so will put below for you guys in case you cqan advise on any changes to my technique. Cheers
