Do you have any opinions that would be considered "unpopular" because the subject matter is quite the opposite?

    do you mean stuff like.

supporting and believing in gay marriage and gay parenting even tho most people think it's fucked up bc it's against nature etc.

thinking that it's messed up how society thinks girl equals weak equals insult.

being against consumerism bc it causes global warming and destroys the planet even tho global warming is often perceived as some kind of new-age nonsense.

I don't even think that BloodFlame was talking about that kind of stuff tho.

I think he's being way more serious & nihilistic about it.

    OP stop being so cryptic!

I think guys who tan, and guys who don't workout, and guys who are afraid to approach another guy, and guys who won't try topping are all being crazy.

Whether you have an opinion or don't have an opinion...there will always be people who disagree with it.

I have MANY opinions that are not politically correct, sometimes I speak up my mind and get shit because of it. Some other times I keep it to myself because I know better than to share them with everyone icon_wink.gif

girls ARE weaker than men, physically speaking but unless they want to work in construction I don't see how being weaker would affect them in any way. I see clear differences between men and women but I don't think one is better than the other more like we complement each other.

Bugs Bunny always wins and he's smarter, craftier, and savvier than Daffy Duck.
Yet somehow Daffy is more appealing.
    There, I said it.

pazzy saiddrugs should be legal and drug dealing should be too even though the downside of drug addictions are there. prohibiting it isn't going to stop people from getting high or selling it. shit, if someone wants to smoke crack, they're going to smoke it. you can try to stop them BUT they aren't going to stop unless they want and try to stop as difficult as that is.

'Stealing' should be legal too because people will do it anyways, should not it be?

Oh wait, you would love that scenario, would not you!

    right.

my post was not about physicality. It's about how some people use the word girl as some kind of insult, bc to some people there's nothing worst than being a girl.

    but whatevs.

Christopher Nolan is a terrible director. and Memento is prolly the only movie he's made that has some substance in it.

I think that the research and theories that say LGBT people are "born" the way they aren't as reliable as people make them out to be. I have reasons to believe that there is a greater socialized impact that can affect people's sexuality and gender identity.

So you were born straight? Or were you born a blank slate?

I'm curious to know your reasons for thinking that.

Apparently believing in the existence of bi men is controversial as hell. I've gotten so much flak for that. Believing in religion, having a religious life but not viewing my religion as better than other religions has gotten me a lot of flack as well. I think any opinion on religion is going to piss someone off, lol

I was born a baby first and foremost. There's no way of knowing what someone's sexuality is when they're that young.

My reasons for believing this were initially because of certain parallels that I found among gay and bi men. I won't go into that because it's bound to cause an argument. But what has furthered my belief is that recently I've been looking into some of the research that has been done about the correlation between Asperger's Syndrome and gender and sexual identities. The proportion of people with Aspergers who identify as something other than heterosexual and cisgender is must greater than those who are straight and cis.

Additionally, there are fewer people with Aspergers who identify as exclusively straight or gay. It's much more common that they will find themselves somewhere along the spectrum that is less absolute. This has me wondering if it's because people with Aspergers don't pick up on social cues as easily, and are therefore more authentically themselves than someone who has been conditioned for much of their life to think that certain actions and certain relationships are to be avoided because society thinks of them as being bad.

This isn't to say that the research that attributes pre-birth conditions is irrelevant, but I have a strong belief that it is only one factor among several that influence sexuality. And it makes me wonder that if there are social elements, to what extent can it play a role in someone's identity, and can it result in a complete shift?

Seems like you are making more of an argument about the acceptance of some of your sexual preference rather than what causes the preference in the first place. It also seems like you just want to have a different opinion on the subject to enhance your own sense of individuality.
