Perhaps we could do with some Obama 'socialism' over here in the UK. Under our Conservative-led austerity government, growth has just been revised down and our current account deficit is soaring. The US current account deficit is $100.3 billion which is still relatively low by historical standards. US quarterly deficits regularly topped $150 billion in the four years before the Great Recession of 2007-2009.

not really, 2/3 of the 5% was healthcare spending on delayed data that was supposed to be released in Q1 or Q2 - but they delayed it to pad a quarter

never get snowed by these fake gov't stats, we all know the numbers are crap anyway

Our economy grew in spite of Obama, not because of him.

    LOL
Count on you to find a way to blame Obama when he does the wrong thing, and blame him more when he does the right thing.
I hope your hatreds keep you warm this winter.

I tend to agree that this isn't all due to Obama either. His quote should read "the economy grew in spite of congress". Congress hasn't passed any significant legislation ever since the dems lost the house, and Obama can't do much without it. The economy would be in much better shape if the repubs weren't so bent up on obstructionism over the past 4 years.

demonstrated by a few government shut downs.
