    Your question is vague as we don't know where you are, where you want to go, and how you are getting there.

    But since we are dealing with a very general question, fruit is a food source that no one should eliminate.

    hmmm well i drink a lot of fruit daily lol

    i blend fruit with organic yogurt(plain) and organic pomegranate juice.

    the fruit is either organic apples and pears or frozen berries / tropical blend

    (frozen bought at bulk at costco)

    and right now i'm drinking a chocolate strawberry shake icon_smile.gif

    frozen strawberries and chocolate soy milk blended YUM!!!!

    sorry thats was vague.... i mean im asking because i currently eat a lot of fruit and see in a lot if diets the meals only include fruit post workout, just wondered why
