How sad and upsetting. Whoever said, "fly free, baby girl," in a tweat seems almost reckless, like they're romanticizing suicide. I guess they believe you can throw this life away and have another one in clouds, but that is almost certainly a lie. Suicide is a grave mistake. Death is absolute and final. It's a murder, and while the killer is also the victim, the act of suicide for attention is misguided and evil in and of itself. Martyrs are trying to emotionally blackmail people, but unless you're Jesus Christ himself it isn't worth it.

Society might be improving for LGBT people, but in cases of suicide most people will only gasp in horror, maybe decry the injustice and then move on. Clearly, the parents did a terrible job of supporting their child. They let their child believe that she couldn't be herself without humiliating them. Someone needed to tell that kid that it doesn't matter whether other people judge you or hug you, your life is your most precious thing and it's not for anyone to throw away. Instead, they relied on a fake God and an evil religion, and this is the result of their inhumanity.

What idiots that government is for allowing legalized euthanasia for people who don't like what they see in the mirror. That's so disgusting. Talk about having zero common sense or value on human life. What a disgrace to the medical community and the trans community.icon_evil.gif

There was previously a thread or two on here about the Belgian thing.
Today's story (already disappeared from my news feed) mentioned that 50% of trans-gendered teens report at least one suicide attempt.

How is it that everything has become someone else's fault and no one is measuring up to an unnatural ideal called perfection.

pazzy saidkids in my generation used to shoot schools when they feel a certain way in theithrough the hard parts aads. the generation after mine are killing themselves instead img src='http://a.rjstatic.com/images/icon_neutral.gif' /> what's next?

people have been committing suicide for years, nothing new.
I hate the suicide reaction because it is not the right move don't die for something that you believe in live through the hard parts and either pave the way or make a voice for your cause because a dead body makes a statement a mobile body makes stories and can build and explain how hard life is. Suicidal thoughts happen and many people kill themselves few people go out and try to either inspire or fight for a new way of life. Life goes on, with or without you.
