2 Dumbbells

    I have two dumbbells with adjustable weight. I am looking for a good full body exercise plan to use this year. Anybody got a routine they enjoy? I have 45 minutes to an hour each day to meet this plan.

    warm up - do 25 to 40 punches with 5 to 8 pound weights

    3 sets of 10 curls working up from 10 to 30 lbs

    30 push ups

    100 crunches

    3 sets of 10 lunges on each leg hold barbells working up from 8 to 25 lbs

    3 sets of 10 flyes working up from 10 to 25 lbs

    3 sets of 10 barbell presses find your max then back off 20lbs and work back up to your max

    throw in what ever else you like .... starting, sticking with it and building on it is the key
