    Japanese breakfast should be hot rice with raw egg mixed up with pickle, or sometimes with some sticky beans. Or rice balls stuffed with pickle or salmon. Or salmon fried rice from last night leftovers.

    Thanks for sharing that although I was able to point out a few things wrong. In Vietnam, they don't necessarily distinguish between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. To them, food is food. And pho isn't eaten everyday. It's a heck of a time to prepare it and it's probably prepared in a Vietnamese home maybe once or twice a month. Oh and it's not the only Vietnamese dish.

    But yeah pretty interesting.
