I literally mutilated myself by shaving :D

So I'm dating this guy who is a bit younger than me, I'm 20 and he is 18, I find myself yet to get used to the age difference, I hate being older than my partner lol...
So, we've been dating for like a week? Yeah not that much time but I wanted to cause good impression once that time comes, which should be not that long, as he pushes too much but I'm in charge so we do when I please, literally.

Yet I want him to feel good aswell so I shaved myself. Sorry I stated this wrong. I mutilated myself, in every part of my body. I have little scars yet healing from shaving, I itch in every, fucking part of my body.
Yes, I've shaved my pubes, as fucking well.

But I'm okay, just a little sacrifice.
Thing is, I'm not a hairy person but I still did it because since he is younger I think being hairy would cause bad impression. I'm done with this relationship already and he has done nothing wrong, yet!

I have to cut off on the sarcasm, I'm sorry.
What can I do about this now? How long will it take for these little scars to go off? I mean if he looks at me at the moment he'd think that I was cutting myself as a hobby.

I love hairy persons don't get me wrong, I just did this for him, even tho I don't know if he likes hairy people or not. I'm dumb I know, I will make sure to lazer everything even my eyebrows next time I think about shaving.

    By the way.
I did raw shaving, without anything, only the razor, please try it, fun as hell.
I was not thinking clearly, I was taking a shower two days ago and I look at my body and say, well I'm a bit hairy here and there and oh look a razor, let's do it. But then having my legs shaved and my chest and not my butt or pubs/back made me think that I looked bad, so I shaved everything.
Yes I do have lots of elasticity thanks.

So any tips, that is not get a brain?

As I stated, mate, I was not only dumb, but I cared about his opinion and I was told that younger guys tend to like less hairy people.
Last guy I had a relationship he was a bit older and had the same opinion, but back then I didn't give a fuck and I'm not that hairy so.

That's like saying younger guys prefer strawberry over chocolate. I'm on Scruff and I can tell you there are TONS of young guys on there who are crazy about body hair. Age has nothing to do with it. Just be yourself and don't alter yourself for another person (even if they do prefer smooth guys.) Let them accept you for who you are or let them be gone.

Put some medicated lotion on the nicks, and let Nature do the rest. Nothing much else you can do.

But maybe you should wait until you learn what the other guy himself wants. Some like hairy, some like smooth. Shaving may disqualify you, rather than qualify you in someone's eyes.

I really don't personally care if I'm hairy or not. It's the other guy's opinion that matters to me. For some guys I've shaved my body (or invited HIM to shave it for me in the shower, which can be a fun exercise, although I let no one shave my junk), for others I've let it grow out, at his request.

As for pubic hair, some young men have very coarse hair (like I did). Shaving down there can result in torture as those cactus needles begin growing back in as early as 2 days. And then you're stuck with agony for a week or so, or must reshave every other day.

Not to mention the discomfort you cause for the other guy. I remember one guy who hadn't shaved his balls in a few days, and my tongue felt like I was licking a scrub brush. icon_razz.gif

The answer for some guys isn't shaving, but close trimming. Just close enough to avoid itching and irritation. Let your hair grow back and reevaluate.

I did this ! I feel you buddy.

The problem is once you start. You're committed, which you don,t realise till it's too late.

What makes matters worst is you can't see the bits you missed on you're back. And putting trousers on feels weird.

Took about three months for normal.

My advice. Sex with the lights off.

To the original poster - (a) why not see if it lasts more than a week before taking such a radical approach and (b) what if the guy actually prefers a hairy/natural guy?

    Duh.

I have alopecia.Try having to shave your head and eyebrows every day just because little stupid patchy bits grow through. Not to mention that I am pretty much hairless except for the ONE place I would like to be...

I can't count the number of times I have shaved shortly before going to the gym or out in general, only to notice later that I am bleeding. One of my gym towels has little blood stains on it, probably looks like evidence from a crime or something...

The name of this thread should have been "Youth is wasted on the young."

Seriously, a two year age difference? GMAFB

As for your "not so hairy but I'm worried about his opinion" issue, did you ever think about asking him?

Your botched shave job is basically the first time experience many people have, and I still get nicks and cuts from trimming my balls since that skin is paper thin.

You should put Vitamin E on your skin or use some Neosporin or Bacitracin ointment on the cuts. I don't know what the equivalent is in Europe.

I suggest NOT having sex if you have any cuts around your groin as bacteria can cause infections. That and you're at risk for STD/STI's if your one week old boyfriend has anything.

You'll be itching for about 3 weeks .... don't shave again
