actually to become a "cult classic" terrible acting is a must.

Wish double H lived closer so my man had someone to see these movies with.

Now that it's opened Nation-Wide today (Friday) from it's original Limited release 2 weeks ago - I got to FINALLY see it (& surprisingly the entire theater was PACKED!!).

Just throwing my 2 Cents in: If you appreciate "old-school" Creepy Horror films, you DEF have to check this film out!! It's so good!

It still has a high rating on Rotten-Tomatoes, plus most of the film critics/reviews & audiences have agreed it's one of the best Horror films to come out in the last 10 years. So I'm def not over exaggerating. icon_wink.gif

It was poorly executed. It had no resolution. The only redeeming quality was the unique plot and the eerie soundtrack. The actual movie wasn't that great.

Yeah we saw this last night....it wasn't a bad movie by any means, but it felt like it was missing a lot.

there just could have been so much more to this. a couple of really neat things in it, but overall, it was just....kinda meh.

I feel about the same way! Had I not known the premise of the film in advance, I might not have liked it as much. It was by no means a cinematic masterpiece, but I'm sure the retrograde cinematography and soundtrack were intentional.

Still, I did enjoy the film as having a plot with a lot of promise for future sequels, plus for the bending of stereotypical character roles for horror flicks. Looking forward to "It Follows, Too" already!
