So i'm getting a tattoo that runs up my leg and just under my Vline. Just wondering what some good exercises would be to really tone it up so I make sure I get the tat in the right spot. Have a few months yet so I really wanna work and improve it however I can

Your 'V line or Obliques are very well defined now. If you build them up more, they aren't going to move or change the general shape - they will only get larger and more defined. I'd think that the tattoo will locate properly now, how you choose to build them in the future will only enlarge the tat, and probably not distort it (which is what I think you are concerned about)

Ab exercises for lower abs and v line:
Bicycle crunch, Flat hand crunch, Coffin crunches, Leg lifts, Leg out side crunches, Butt raises, Elbow crunches, Cross-over toe touches. L sits/raises (good for hip flexors)

Any and all of these work the lower abs and v area.

But the MOST effective and quickest way to develop abs and v line (in my experience)... ready for this?
Heavy SQUATS and DEADLIFTS. I don't even do ab work and have a solid 8 pack and v line. I get complements every time I'm in the gym

fyi... This doesn't count if you do Smith machine squats because the smith machine does the work that your core should be doing
