Was just making some tacos today and found my seasoning I bought from the store has 120 calories alone! 120 calories in what? Dust!? A miniscule amount if you divide it into 5-6 tacos I guess, but was just wondering if anyone makes their own taco seasoning at home, if possible?

Cayenne pepper, cumin, a bit of coriander, chopped fresh cilantro. Bam, zero calories.

I have met a surprising amount of people who don't like Cilantro, unfortunately they were all at my taco night party. Quelle surprise!

That being said, I find it delicious.

I would also consider garlic powder in my tacos and also a tomato product for liquid base that could deglaze the pan after you cook the meat and add seasoning.

I have done ground turkey meat with chipotles in adobo, but that is bc I love the flavor of chipotle. I want my man's penis to taste like it.

Throw in a dash of salt, a little black pepper, and some powdered ginnger, and you've got it made icon_smile.gif
