These are the types of kats that ask for what they can't bring to the table but get pissy when they can't get what they want...I can't get hip to the sedentary lifestyle, as it is...

Always interesting in the gyms in January, some people exercising and showing diligence, some looking and "feeling" it out and others visiting or chatting here and there. You have to be motivated to get started and show adherence to your program. Laziness, definitely a fail.

Studies show that cigarettes actually dramatically increase mortality rates. It's crazy what they're able to figure out with science these days.

Oh great, a whole thread about getting off my ass.

How am I supposed to get off my ass when it takes like 5 days to read all this stuff?

Uh, I think I may be confused with what you're trying to say. Are we both understanding that a higher mortality rate means more deaths? If so, I'm not sure why that particular statistic of the cigarette smoking mortality rate is that much of a surprise.

Or is it sarcasm? Please let it not be sarcasm, I'm terrible with understanding it. :S
