Since a lot of us in here workout a lot. And some of us are some really big guys. Have you ever intimidated someone with your size? it seems kind of petty in hindsight. But it came in handy last night when i was out.

Some assholes was harassing some friends of mine. I believe they were drunk frat guys and just acting up for no reason. So i went over to them and looked down on them. And picked one of the guys up and told him to fuck off very aggressively. I felt somewhat bad cause i don't like being a mean guy.

People already look at me weird when i walk at night. I usually walk home from work or school. Wearing my beanie and a black shirt. So when they see a 6'6 dude coming i guess they think I'll rob them or something icon_lol.gif

Sorry for the long rambling! point of the this whole topic. Have you ever intimidated someone with your size? was it to help someone? or for other purposes? has someone ever done it to you?

    all the time.

It can be a double edge sword; however.

It's not uncommon for some drunk guy to look for the biggest guy in the place...

I had that happen a few times! drunk guys coming and messing with me for no reason. But most of the time i just laugh at off. But i could tell they were trying to start a fight. I don't like it to come to blows unless it's life or death.

So this big built, tall gay guy was at a saloon out in Kansas and this redneck kept on taunting him.
Finally, the hunk dared the redneck to step into the alley and settle it. One the way out, the redneck got a glass of ice cubes and held them in his mouth.
The bartender said "numbing your mouth so it wont hurt when he busts it, eh?"

    "Nope. I'm gonna cold-cock him!"

MuchMoreThanMuscle saidNow that I weigh in at around 245lb of fairly lean muscle I seem to intimidate people but I don't like doing so. I only use it to my advantage if I feel threatened or if people are being physically aggressive.

The funny thing is, when I wear my loose wind breaker people can be a bit pushy. But if I wear a well fitted t-shirt or sleeveless workout shirt people give me some space.

I wouldn't be intimidated next to you but in admiration.

Oh you meant that type of size. I thought you meant something else. Otherwise I would've said "actually kinda."

If every time someone made a compliment you gave money away then you would be penniless.

I'm a pretty engaging guy and enjoy chatting with new people. This becomes a problem when I approach someone to ask a question when I'm buying something. This is particularly bad around women I find.

Just last week I was at bed bath and beyond buying shams. I asked a young lady about a colour in a different size and when she looked at me she was a bit taken back. She stuttured and just seem like she was uneasy around me. She still helped me and then I asked her about what would be a good matching bed sheet. I also added that usually my bf would take care of this type of thing since I'm not really that colour coordinated. It was like night and day. She was suddenly engaging and asked how long we were dating and how cute it is I was buying sheets.

I hate how I sometimes need to drop what my sexuality is so the opposite sex doesn't think I'm hitting on them...
