I'm currently on a bulk (I feel like I've been bulking ever since I've started training since I'm an ectomorph but I'm closing to my goal than ever before) and I'm starting to lose some confidence. My abs have reduced in definition icon_sad.gif I have a real urge to just jump on a treadmill for 3 hours every day and reduce my calorie intake! Do you guys have an motivational tips? or your own success stories with bulking?

I'm (mainly) on a clean bulk and currently 137lbs at around 5'6/5'7

You say you wanna bulk, then talk about doing 3 hours of cardio. If you want size..you gotta eat and that eating packs on weight...Step away from the treadmill, and lift heaver weights at the gym...If you're a hard gainer, why would you be on a clean bulk? You should anything that looks, tastes, or smells like FOOD. That's all I got bro.

I'm on a bulk myself and it's nice cause you can eat what you want (in moderation of course). I do a little bit of cardio cause I tend to eat too much. Yeah the abs disappear but it's temporary.
My motivation is not to look skinny anymore and to become one of the big guys I see at the gym.

I never do radical bulk & cuts. I do no cardio whatsoever and I'm on a clean bulk 6000Kcal diet. 500Kcal above maintenance are enough.
