Have used this a couple of times now and disappointed with the results. Not a newbie to supps, I read up and ignore the manufactures hype, it sounds great and perfect. As an endurance athlete thought I'd try it, again at mile 13 physically felt all the energy just go, this stuff is supposed to keep you going for around 3hours. But its only lasting half that. I mixed it as per instructions etc...
Anyone else use it, does it work for you, do I up the amount.. Any thoughts, appreciate your constructive feedback.....

I'm not sure about its application for endurance sports, but I love it as an intra-workout carb for strength training. I find it easier to digest than a lot of other carb powders, my energy stays high and my recovery time seems shorter after hard workouts. I won't use anything else at this point.

Your post reads as if you consumed the stuff before a marathon? I thought it was supposed to be something that you carried with you to add calories in the middle of an endurance event? Dunno... never got into that league myself - just take an energy bar if it's going to be more than an hour.
I'm sure there are people in here who are in the know, if you can shake them out.
