Just wondering, in terms of price and the products itself.

Please look at the Nutritional info - they % in each capsule relative to the RDI (recommended daily intake) is extremely high. Is this acceptable or not?

    Thank you!

Well, they're water soluble, so they probably won't accumulate to toxic concentrations. Go ahead if you like spending money and pissing orange.

    Food. Meat, fish, eggs, dairy.

You can take a garden-variety multi if you like - doesn't hurt. But if you eat well, you don't need it. I did, when I was surviving on mac&cheese and ramen.
