Hey guys, I've been struggling to start going to gym but by money reasons I can't afford now. I've tried many things [you can find my HIIT thread somewhere] but nothing worked for any reasons.

Now, I decided to "make" my own cardio training at home. But I'm not sure if my plans if going to give what I want [loose wight, not build muscles]

My training is [I started in friday, 23]

    ----------------------
    • Jumping jacks - 3x15
    • High Knees - 3x 15[seconds]
    • Cross Jacks - 3x15
    • Spot Jogs - 3x15 [seconds, but today [mon, 27] I changed to 30 seconds]
    • Mountain Climb - 3x10 [seconds]
    ----------------------

I tried to do squats but: I'm not sure if it is a cardio or strenght exercise thus I guess I was doing wrong [I have lordosis, I don't want to destroy my back]

I tried burpees once, but I guess was too much at the beggining.

I'm completly lost, does anyone have some idea ou suggestions?

    Thanks <3

Try FitnessBlender. A lot of their workouts require no equipment and they've got a lot of cardio and HIIT options.
