A new bill filed by Representative Frank Artiles (R-Miami) in the Florida House could make going to the wrong restroom a crime punishable with prison time.

Representative Artiles’ bill would make it a first-degree misdemeanor for anyone who isn’t a “biological female” to use “single-sex public facilities designated for girls, women, ladies, or persons of the female sex.” The same law would apply to men’s public facilities being limited to “biological males.”

I would be fine with this. Since the only time I've run into this situation is when WOMEN went into the mens restroom I was using. At sports arenas and airports. I guess because the womens' restrooms were full.

Well, great. Let's arrest those women perverts. icon_biggrin.gif

Fine with me. I'm sick of seeing bitches in the "men's" room. Of course if a man were to go in their restroom they would be screaming bloody murder.

Right. It cuts both ways. More women would potentially be charged under this law than men. But of course in reality never would be.

I just assumed it already was illegal. lol

i'm learning more and more about trans stuff, and it seems like all it takes to be trans is a feeling of being in the wrong body, in which case laws like this could just be to keep things from getting too crazy.

fundamentally, this is a sound bill and it should become law. Women endlessly bitch and complain about men having to use their restrooms but they think nothing about barging into men's restroom. This proposed law could level the playing field. But feminists will scream and protest because the shoe will be on the other foot. I say tough shit.

    +1

I don't know how many times I've been standing pissing at a urinal, when I've heard the annoying clack of high heels walking behind me. And it wasn't a drag queen.

But somehow I doubt, if this bill passes, it'll ever be used against a biological woman. It's specifically intended to hurt the LGBT community. So don't expect it's ever gonna be used to keep bladder-challenged females from invading the male restrooms, as they already do. icon_razz.gif

It is really kind of stupid - if someone is desperate what's the harm? Women have all closed stalls anyway. Except that there could be straight perverts who get kicks from sneaking in. In Europe co-ed is normal in many countries.
