Well, it is NYC, where everyone is used to weirdness, and pretends not to notice. He's not even naked. Kids can start young at learning to be uninvolved. I think New Yorkers have to worry much more about guys with weapons in the subway.

That type of behavior should be limited to Times Square where it belongs. Preferably wearing an "Elmo" head.

If that's the worst any kid ever sees, consider him lucky.

I'm sure he's seen worse in Hip Hop/Rap videos. Those two genres have added sooooooo much of value to our American culture.

MuchMoreThanMuscle saidThat guy's ass isn't half bad....!

that guy is a COMPLETE ass and that kid is totally thinking it. I don't think parents have to worry about displays such as this "turning" their kids gay, its displays like this that will keep them in the closet

same thing could be said about rock and country music but i don't hear you saying absolutely SHIT about that. don't see folks complaining about the naked cowboy in time square singing country songs in his underwear but yet folks are tripping over this dude that obviously gets around on the subway because this ain't the first time he's been taped. last time i checked, america made hip hop/rap the way it is. NOT the other way around. folks act as if america didn't have problems before raps existence as if materialism, crime, drugs, misogyny and etc weren't there already. folks stay focusing on the negative aspect of rap which usually involves them focusing on the most known rapper that happens to be black, talking about jewelry, women, guns and etc. then they turn around ready to put macklemore, a white rapper, on a pedestal for talking about gay marriage despite the fact that he's a rapper and a part of the hip hop culture. the ole... "i don't listen to rap because it's ignorant BUT i love me some macklemore". icon_rolleyes.gif they're ready to pull the race card then swear they're not racist or being ignorant. too bad you don't realize that rap is a music genre and hip hop is the culture that rap is a part of. if you don't know something, don't speak on it. don't know where you assumed rap/hip hop had anything to do with that man's behavior.

i like how some folks in here take subliminal swipes @ black people thinking they're slick. always airing themselves all the time trying to voice their ignorance.

You're so easy to bait! Set hook and reel him in!

Last I checked country music and rock and roll weren't responsible for the twerk and last I checked there were black folks in those genres also. It wasn't the twist (made famous by a black man) that he was doing.

I made no mention of anyone's race. You are so race obsessed and looking to find offense it's you who assumed I was taking a swipe a black folks. While in fact it was a music genre that the swipe was intended for.

    Mackle who?

"There is evidence from ethnographic interviews in New Orleans that the term began as street language in New Orleans with the rise of the local hip hop music known as Bounce. Since the late 1990s, twerking was associated with Bounce music of the Dirty South and was disseminated via mainstream hip hop videos and popular video-sharing sites since the mid-2000s. In 2013, twerk was added to the Oxford Dictionary Online. According to Oxford dictionary, the word has been around for 20 years. The word was a runner-up in the Oxford Dictionaries Word of the Year 2013."

Hummmmm. ... Hip hop music. Hummmmmm
