you guys are sorta of conforming to the idea of hetero-normative. I mean why go into a relationship where people would think there is a girl and a boy in your relationship?

There's nothing more erotic than seeing a jock or big beefy muscular guy moaning with pleasure while pulling his legs up and give him what he needs lolicon_twisted.gif

Don't mean to be a grave digger, but this thread is dumb, twinks and fems are just being themselves, just like we are.

I really don't get that after all we go through to be ourselves as a community we still tell others not to be themselves, you are no better than homophobes really.

Of course, because other peoples' opinions about your relationship are all that matters. I'd offer you a cup of 'Rather Stupid' but I think you've had several already.

Sorry, but this is a mean, cruel, callous topic and lends credence to complaints about gay communities and prejudices etc. You are an outstanding example of divisive, and I include highforthis.

Good luck to you both in relationships. You'll be too busy caring about what others think, instead of the one you love.

Considering the number of people I know who feel pressured to "play up his feminine side" to attract tops, or bulk up and act butch to attract bottoms, I think this is an issue that shouldn't be swept under the carpet just for PC's sake.

It's intertwined. Is it unimaginable that the twinks and fems OP speak of are often just playing up to social expectations as well?

I'm just protesting the idea of the stereotypical femme-jock relationship. That's all.

i've noticed this does exist quite a bit. the topic is really nothing to get offended over. i think one reason for it could be because gay people are produced by heterosexuals. our models for relationships are our parents and relatives. the first relationships we see from an in-depth perspective are heterosexual. the male-female relationship dynamic is ingrained in our heads very early. most of pop culture focuses on this dynamic as well. so it's really not too surprising that lots of gay people desire to live as 'husband and wife'.

To what end? Shaming them? You think they should abandon loving relationships because of how it looks? I think you should walk into a lesbian bar and spout off about studs and fems. You'll get an interesting response, though you may not like it, lol.

What this thread is basically saying is that you can't have twink/fem and jock relationship, which really confuses me as why would you give a damn, if that's the relationship they want, good? Who cares?

Let others be in relationships that they want to be in, it really doesn't affect you. We're lucky to be able to be this open about our sexuality and romantic life's yet you try and take it away from other, it's just dumb.

Really? I've met a lot of femme-more butch couples where the femme guy is the top.
