Yesterday - attempting to find a new buyer the petition says. Major investor Vernon Hill (founder of Commerce Bank, sold to TD in 2008 and England's Metro Bank) and founder John Scardapane are apparently battling concerning the company with some litigation between the two. It touts more than 100 locations as of the filing in the US, Canada and Singapore. Sales were about $80 million last year, so maybe $750K per outlet average?
