    Hey guys

My work involves sitting in front of the laptop for extended periods. How long should I be working a day to maintain good health?

    Appreciate the advice!

kitty shouldn't be working. Take a nap and relax, then come back again. By the time you wake up, it's time for another nap. That's how kitties work.

For exercise breaks, try playing "Kitten on the Keys" on your laptop.

Your questions are easily recognized before clicking to read them.

    And that's not a compliment.

If you'd ask for advice on the most fun way to have sex with an Ebola corpse or how to make sex toys out of plastic explosives I'm sure you'd get 20 pages of information.

To begin with, that's a flower you're sitting behind, not a laptop.

A serious answer: I'm not sure what your line of work is but I would recommend a 5 minute break away from the computer every hour or so (even if this entails going to the bathroom). Be mindful of your posture as well and the possibility of developing carpal tunnel syndrome in your wrist with extended typing.

....And obviously, the gym. Get some exercise in after work, especially if you've sat behind a desk all day. This is also beneficial for your mental wellbeing.

You are wondering how much work you should do in front of your laptop to maintain good health?

Depends where you put your laptop. Beside the refrigerator? On top of a treadmill? At the dog park? I'm just spitballing here, but I'm sure part of the work you do should be composing a better question.

well I think the current system of five-six days a week to 8-10 hours is too much for anybody really. who came up with the work week anyway? why cant we work four days a week and have three day weekends? lets make this work-life balance just that, a balance
